After seeking feedback on my logo and banner, I decided that I would follow the overwhelming advice and get a professionally designed logo.  I decided to go with a logo design contest, as I wasn’t sure what I really wanted in a logo.  I’ll have some details about the process a bit later, but since I received such helpful feedback from my readers the first time I asked, I thought I’d ask once again, and see if you can help me again.

So dear readers, presented below are the top choices in logos submitted thus far:

  1. I voted for number 6 but would really rock is number 6 with the three monks bowing over the money. What website did you use for the design contest? I desperately need a new logo.

I really need a logo. I designed mine in MS Word. I tried photoshop but that was way to confusing to figure out.

Christopher, I’m working on a post that I’ll detail my experience hacking through this logo thing. I’ve run into some problems, but I think I’ve done pretty well and I’m happy with the available selections so far. Hopefully I can help others avoid some of my mistakes and help them get what they want with a bit less effort.

I really love the first one..
    I think its perfect.

  4. Frugal Fries says:

Personally, I like four. I think it’s the right amount of minimalism and could be replicable as a brand.

  5. I voted for 2 but am not convinced by the monk theme.

  6. I voted for number 4, but I really liked 1 & 6 as well.

  7. I went for the 2 monks but seem to be a minority.

  8. Daisy says:

I voted #6. I love how clean that logo is!

  9. #1 for me. More cultish-like.
